Wraparound and after school clubs

Extra Curricular School Clubs from September 2024

The school offers a range of lunchtime and after school clubs for all age ranges. The current list of clubs is shown in the table below.

Some of the clubs are run by private organisations. If you are interested in any of these, please contact them directly using the links in the table below.

Western Primary Wraparound care

Western Breakfast Club operates from 7.45am to 8.45am when the school is open during term time. Fees are £6.25 per hour, payable monthly in advance.

Western Tea Club runs from 3.30pm to 6.00pm. You can book hourly sessions (for example, if your child attends another after-school club) or for the full two and a half hours. The cost of Tea Club is £6.25 per hour, with the final half hour (5.30pm–6.00pm) charged at £3.50.

A late collection charge of £10.00 will apply if you are not available to collect your child on time. Tea Club includes a drink and a cold snack (e.g. a cereal bar and fruit).

As part of Western Church of England Primary School, our Wraparound Clubs form part of the extended school day. They follow the same term dates and school policies.
